Relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S) is a constellation of clinical findings related to low energy availability. Join us for a discussion on the prevalence of RED-S among female athletes as well as the importance of a women's sports medicine program and the role of this program in providing comprehensive, interdisciplinary care to female athletes.
