Who can see your viewing activity?
Oh neat, Heather! Come on to C-U for a visit!
This video is amazing! :-D

Heading there April
The dish is called Foul Shami, which translated to Damascene Beans.
Is the book translated into French? Would love to read it to my French class at elementary school
Is there an Arabic version of the book?
So different from Egyptian foul (Fava bean salad)!
Danny: Do you ever visit schools to share your book and demonstrate how to make foul sham shami? If so, how can we contact you?
I noted much metaphoric language. Was that choice an influence of Arabic?
Thank you Danny, I have to leave but really enjoyed listening! Thank you everyone.
I am a librarian
I'm a university adjunct for pre-student teachers, k-8.
A homeschool parent.
Can you speak to the ending?
Danny, what is something that would surprise us about the process of writing and publishing a children's book? Any behind the scenes details? :-)
For pre K-12 teachers
Substitute Teacher for K-12
I was curious about literally, the last page: “That dream goes on all night long.”
I'd love to see bilingual versions of the book. Who do we need to talk to so that happens?
I love bilingual books for our ESOL students and have used them with success. I wish we have books in more languages. We have teachers who read those languages to evaluate the books so they can be approved before we can purchase them and that's where we have a problem. Not enough certified teachers who speak different languages.
Wow, incredible Re: drafts, thanks for sharing with us!
Children's books also have to be written in a way for emerging readers.
Thanks so much!
So COOL to hear about this personal framing touch!
Thank you, Everyone!
